Back in August last year IDEAS has asked me to be part of their transition to an organization using a formal community development process. Since I’ve been doing community development work for IDEAS these past 20 years, they asked me to lead the transition effort. So, late last year and all of this year I’ve been very busy developing training materials, strategy, and processes that will serve to implement those changes.
It’s been almost a year in our new Minnesota home. In that time we’ve found a new church home, met many neighbors and made new friends, and are enjoying seeing our grandkids on a somewhat regular basis.
